Barry White is to be posthumously honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
Motown boss Berry Gordy will salute the singer/songwriter and unveil his plaque on Hollywood Boulevard on what would have been White's 69th birthday (12Sep13).
The star will be the Walk of Fame's 2,506th.
White died from kidney failure on 4 July, 2003.
