Disney star Bella Thorne is set to step out of her family-friendly comfort zone to star in the new Amityville horror film.
The 16-year-old Shake It Up actress has been cast in the upcoming thriller, simply titled Amityville, alongside Fast Times at Ridgemont High actress Jennifer Jason Leigh, who will play a single mother who moves her three kids into the haunted Amityville house, according to TheWrap.com.
The film is scheduled to hit cinemas next January (15).
