The Sex on Fire hitmakers were enjoying a wild toga party during a stay in Greece when Followill decided to leap off the boat - only to land on hard ground.
He tells Britain's Daily Mirror, "I can hardly sit down. I jumped off the top of a boat at 2am in the pitch black and landed right on my a**. It was a 30-foot (nine-meter) drop."
