A security guard on the set of Steven Spielberg and Noah Wyle's TV drama Falling Skies has been killed after he was hit by a runaway truck.
The unidentified man lost his life after he was pinned between the truck and a tree on Monday night (15Sep14).
Sources tell The Hollywood Reporter the fatal incident took place just outside Vancouver, Canada.
Filming on the TV series has been halted as local police and the Royal Canadian Mounted Police investigate the incident.
