Actor Gary Sinise is recovering after he was involved in a car accident last Friday (30Mar12).
The CSI: NY star was "not seriously hurt" in the smash but was forced to cancel a number of appearances over the weekend, including a fundraising show with his group the Lt. Dan Band.
A post on the star's website reads, "Gary was involved as a passenger in an automobile accident... He was not seriously hurt... (We) hope you'll join us in wishing Gary a speedy recovery."
The concert, which was due to take place at Martinsville High School in Martinsville, Indiana on Saturday, will be rescheduled.
