According to TMZ.com, Mane is accused of pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle.
The rapper, who is on probation for a 2005 conviction for aggravated assault, is currently being held on $5,000 bail and is due before a judge on Saturday (09Apr11).
He is also facing another parole violation probe after he was booked on obstruction and traffic charges in November (10).
