Music festival producer Pasquale Rotella popped the question to the reality TV star on the final day of the Electric Daisy Carnival, which is run by his company Insomniac Events.
Madison took to her Twitter.com page to share her happy news, writing, "Thank you Pasquale for the most special night of my life! I can't wait to be your wife. I'm officially engaged!"
The blonde beauty, who was Hugh Hefner's girlfriend and shot to fame on TV show The Girls Next Door, has a three-month-old daughter, Rainbow Aurora, with Rotella.
