Jennifer Lawrence auditioned for Blake Lively's role on TV hit Gossip Girl.
The show's creator Josh Schwartz claims The Hunger Games star was just a teenager when she tried out as Serena van der Woodsen, and ultimately lost the role to Blake.
"We did not realize this at the time, but Jennifer Lawrence really wanted to play Serena and auditioned," Schwartz told Vulture ahead of the show's upcoming 10th anniversary. "This story came to us secondhand, but we were told she definitely auditioned and was bummed to not get it.
"We can’t remember if we saw it or not. It was 10 years ago, and she would’ve been how old, 15?"
