The New York Daily News reports Lopez has fallen in love with the rural charm of the $18 million Water Mill property.
The sprawling John Laffrey-designed mansion comes with seven bedrooms and stunning views of Mecox Bay.
Lopez split from husband Marc Anthony in July (11).
