Jolie & Pitt take family trip to the Galapagos Islands

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are celebrating the announcement of their engagement by taking a family trip to Ecuador.

The couple, who went public with the big news last week (13Apr12), jetted off to Guayaquil on Tuesday (17Apr12) en route to the Galapagos Islands.

X17online landed exclusive shots of the pair and their kids at the airport and local mayor Leopoldo Buchelli has confirmed the couple's arrival but would not release any details of the family's scheduled trip.

The family was spotted boarding a local tour bus, en route to a ferry headed to the islands.
