Jessica Ciencin Henriquez has filed for divorce in New York, according to People magazine.
The couple met in 2011 and became engaged after dating for just six weeks. They wed at New York City's Conservatory Garden in March, 2012.
They welcomed a son, Noah Rev, three months later.
