The singer/actress will celebrate her big day on Friday (22Jul11), but she will be without her partner as he is away working.
She tells E! Online, "I think my mom has planned something for me. I didn't really ask for anything, so I'm basically just going to be at tour rehearsal during the day. Maybe go to dinner at night with my family. Pretty boring... I actually think he'll (Bieber) be in Atlanta. But that's OK. We all gotta work."
