Ke$ha Accuses Talent Agency of Unlawful Bookings

In August (10), Ke$ha's lawyers filed a motion to have the case dismissed, claiming she was within her rights to fire her reps.

Now they have filed court papers alleging the singer's former managers acted unlawfully during her time at the firm because they booked her a string of jobs in California without the proper paperwork.

The state's law requires talent agents to be properly licenced before they can procure work for clients, and Ke$ha alleges she was sent on many assignments, including gigs and songwriting jobs, even though the company was not officially registered there, according to the Associated Press.
