Socialite Kim Kardashian has undergone a bizarre beauty treatment procedure on TV to improve the look of her breasts.
The reality TV star underwent a procedure to improve her post-pregnancy figure and had the laser treatment filmed for her show Keeping Up With The Kardashians.
During the programme, Kardashian was seen lying on a hospital bed, having stretch marks lasered from her breasts.
After the breast procedure, Kardashian then asked the doctor whether he could recommend a treatment to tighten the skin on her hands to improve the look of her engagement ring.
She told the doctor, "I'm like obsessed with my hands. I think they look really wrinkly. Is there anything to tighten them, just so they make my hands look longer?"
The star became a first-time mother last year (13) when she welcomed a daughter, North West, with her rapper fiance Kanye West.
