Kristen Stewart arrives at the Oscars on crutches

Kristen Stewart arrived on the Oscars red carpet hobbling on crutches.

The Twilight star stunned in a white and gold Reem Acra gown as she posed for photographs, but minutes earlier she had to be helped out of her limousine.

The cause of her injury was unexplained on the red carpet, but the actress was spotted limping at the Oscars rehearsal on Saturday (23Feb13).
