Leighton Meester files lawsuit against her mother

But according to a lawsuit obtained by TMZ.com, Leighton claims her mum used the money for cosmetic surgery, Botox injections and hair extensions.

Constance is also accused of trying to wring more money from the 25 year old by declaring they had an oral contract which required Leighton to pay her $10,000 every month for life.

Leighton is asking a judge to declare that no such agreement exists.
