The Mad Men star spontaneously proposed to his actress partner on Saturday (15Dec12), his rep confirms to Us Weekly.
The pair had been walking their dog when Feldman, who also starred in Drop Dead Diva, decided to get down on one knee and ask for Mulitz's hand in marriage.
