In legal papers, Skolion claimed Milian was guilty of negligence and it was her fault he had been left with "severe personal injuries".
He named Milian, her mother and her sister in the lawsuit and sought undisclosed damages.
The R&B hitmaker settled the dispute with her neighbour last week (ends09Jan11), handing Skolion $55,000 to put an end to the matter, according to TMZ.com.
