Actor Morris Chestnut lost $1 million by selling his home in Hidden Hills, California.
The American Horror Story star first put the sprawling pile up for sale in January last year (11) for $3 million but struggled to find a buyer.
The house, which was originally bought by the Boyz N The Hood actor in 2007 for $3.3 million, sold at a huge loss last month (Jul12) for $2.3 million, according to TMZ.com.
The mansion features six bedrooms, seven bathrooms, horse stables, a large swimming pool and a tennis court.
