Paul Bettany has turned his directorial debut into a family affair by recruiting his actress wife Jennifer Connelly as his leading lady.
Connelly and Anthony Mackie have signed on for the film project, titled Shelter.
Bettany wrote the screenplay for the film but is refusing to release any details about the plot or characters.
He'll start shooting in New York later this year (13), according to Variety.
