Spears' rep denies engagement rumors

Trawick was said to have proposed to the Toxic hitmaker by writing a romantic poem and filling their Los Angeles home with candles and roses.

But Spears' representative has moved swiftly to dismiss the report, stating: "She is not engaged."

The mum-of-two, who has been married twice before, has previously refused to rule out tying the knot with Trawick, insisting, "I'd do it if the timing was right."
